THE SCANIAN WILD GAME DINNER

 

Daniel Berlin's Scanian Wild Game Dinners explore the wild flavors of the season and specially selected wine pairings in a unique, shared social setting within Kåseholm's historic landscape and barns. This season's dinners are offered during October, November and December, from 40 to 140 guests.

Raw Marinated Red Deer, forest berries, pine and chanterelles

Fire Roasted Pheasant. pear, celeriac, lavender and hazelnuts

Birch cooked Fallow Deer, beets, cherries and cepes mushrooms

Selected Swedish Cheeses, fruits and bread

Frozen yogurt, salty egg white, apples and caramelized rosemary


The Scanian Wild Game Dinner package is SEK 2,245 per person, excluding taxes.

Also included in the package are barn and courtyard site rental, equipment, table and tableware rental, staff service, cleaning, and parking.
