This is a new and exciting chapter for us. We are inspired by our surroundings, and our observations shape the way we express ourselves. Our collaboration with Kåseholm was established to create a new context, an intimate and immersive environment where guests can relax and explore, meet one another and share experiences around the table.
— Daniel Berlin

Daniel Berlin, recently awarded his second Michelin Star, continues to evolve as he develops a new immersive dining experience at the 17th century historic Kåseholm Castle, only ten minutes away from the restaurant that bears his name and continues to define the approach and nuance of the New Nordic Cuisine and invigorate the larger culinary world.

Accommodating larger groups and special celebrations, Berlin offers an exclusive new dining context within the spacious Black Gallery Barn at Kåseholm's historic Courtyard. Showcasing a rotating selection of art and design from around the world, the Gallery can accommodate up to 140 guests. Berlin has crafted a variety of exceptional, seasonal menus and selected wine pairings, each embracing and exploring the best locally available ingredients.

PRIVATE Dining & Overnight

Daniel Berlin invites you to the most exclusive dining experience in Sweden. Limited to private groups of six to twelve people, this immersive experience begins in the afternoon with a champagne toast in the castle with Joakim and Jamie, owners of Kåseholm. After a guided tour of the property, guests are then invited in to Daniel’s new Studio Kitchen in the historic stone barn where Rebecka will offer a special wine tasting experience. Guests will then enjoy a private dining experience at the kitchen counter with Daniel, who will personally prepare a series of dishes highlighting the best of the season. Dessert, exquisite cocktails and aperitifs will follow in the large Tipi in the Hay Barn and the private lounge in the Stone Barn.  The evening will continue with a ‘Vikning’, a traditional late night Swedish fire grill. Bringing the evening to a close, guests will enjoy overnight accommodation in six beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with private bathrooms. The following morning, guests will again join together for breakfast. Guests may also choose to extend their stay for another evening at Kåseholm and dine at Daniel Berlin Krog. This experience begins at SEK 15,000 per person.
